Indiana State Fair goers enjoyed Sarah's latest creation - 2,400 pounds of cheese carved into a 6-foot-wide, 3-foot-tall cow commemorating the sesquacentennial celebration of the fair. Beginning with fifty 40lb blocks of Indiana mild cheddar, the finished piece included Colby, Swiss, pepper jack, gouda and Asiago. Click here to see the Indy Star article.

Rushmore that have appeared on The Today Show and The Rosie O'Donnell show, to dozens of celebrities in cheese including ABC Monday Night Football's Al Michaels and John Madden, FOX Superbowl announcers Terry Bradshaw and Howie Long to Grand Priz Racing greats Paul Newman, Mario Andretti and Emmerson Fittapaldi.

Marc Sommers of FoodNetwork's Unwrapped fame grins cheek to cheek with his cheddar likeness as he introduces Sara the Cheese Lady, a segment on a Cheese Unwrapped episode.

For a special P.R. event, Sarah was commissioned to carve a 650lb., 6-foot-long replica of the U.S.S. Ronald Reagan. The event was for the aircraft carrier's home porting ceremony in San Diego.

Being a Packer fan herself, Sarah was honored to carve a 640lb. Green Bay Packer football player "From One Winning Team to Another" for Sargento Foods, Inc. as the Green Bay Packers approached the final game to clench the NFC Championship. The Packers went on the win, and so did Sargento, as the story went over the AP Press, radio and television media across the U.S. Thousands filed past the carving while on exhibit at the NFC Championship game and in the Green Bay Hall of Fame. After the Packer's won the Superbowl, Sarah sculpted the Vince Lombardi Superbowl Trophy for a poster and media event starring Superbowl Champion Packer Quarterback Brett Favre and Championship Wisconsin Cheeses. Favre delighted media by chomping into the trophy and tossing the cheese football around the room.
Sarah has also been priveleged to sculpt a likeness of NFL Green Bay Packers Quarterback Brett Favre in cheese.
